Measurement value of sunlight photo sensor depends on light intensity. Sunlight photo sensor should display from zero percent in darkness to 100 percent in bright light. If display does not change from zero percent in darkness to 100 percent in bright light, check for open or shorted wires of sunlight photo sensor. If wiring is okay, replace sunlight photo sensor.
