At maximum heater output, display should read 90-100 percent. At minimum heater output, display should read 0-10 percent on display. If display is not as specified, check wiring and connections from Climatronic Control Module (CCM) to temperature regulator flap motor position sensor. If wiring is okay, adjust end position of temperature regulator flap motor or replace temperature regulator flap motor.
