Front Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair

Window Regulator, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Front door trim panel removed and insulating film loosened.
- Remove inner window recess seal from flange.
- Lower door window and unbolt door window.
- Pull door window upward, tilt forward and lift out of window recess.
- Unclip clip - arrow - for Bowden cables.







- Loosen bolts - 1 - and remove bolts - 2 - (10 Nm).
- Raise window regulator slightly so that bolts - 1 - can be removed through installation holes.
- Remove window regulator downward from installation opening.







- For electrical window regulator, slide harness connector - 1 - in direction of - arrow and disconnect.

Installing
- Installation is reverse order of removal.
