  • Check vehicle interior for cleanliness: Front and rear seats, interior trim, carpets/mats, windows

  • Install all equipment which has been packed inside vehicle (if applicable): Floor mats, windshield wipers, spoiler, roof antenna, wheel trims/cover caps, tire valve extensions
 
  • Edge protection (plastic foil) on doors: Remove
 
  • Check vehicle exterior for cleanliness: Paint, decorative trim, windows, wiper blades
 
  • Wheel securing bolts: Tighten to correct torque setting

  • Left front tire: Check condition and air pressure

  • Transport protection: Removing locking pieces from front axle struts

  • Vehicle from below; engine and components in engine compartment, CV boots, brake system, axles, transmission/final drive, steering, hoses, fluid reservoir: Perform visual check for leaks and damages (without removing noise insulation)

  • Vehicle underside (floor pan): Perform visual check for damage

Documentation / final inspection Section
  • Service sticker "First service" : Apply sticker on drivers side door jamb (B-pillar); the sticker is located on an instruction which is attached at front in the vehicle wallet. Dispose of instruction after applying sticker - service intervals → Service tables

  • Service schedule: Enter delivery inspection
 
  • Check literature for vehicle is complete, and prepare for delivery to customer
 
  • Perform test drive
