Delivery inspection

Radio card (a component of the radio service instruction): attach stickers with serial number and fixed code number
Check vehicle interior for cleanliness: Front and rear seats, interior trim, carpets/mats, windows
Seats and mats protective covering: Remove

Vehicle exterior	Section
Install all equipment which has been packed inside vehicle (if applicable): Floor mats, windshield wipers, spoiler, roof antenna, wheel trims/cover caps, tire valve extensions
Edge protection (plastic foil) on doors: Remove
Check vehicle exterior for cleanliness: Paint, decorative trim, windows, wiper blades
Wheel securing bolts: Tighten to correct torque setting	→ Wheel bolts, tighten to correct torque setting

Tires	Section
Left front tire: Check condition and air pressure	→ Checking tires, tire condition, wear pattern, inflation pressure and tread depth
Left rear tire: Check condition and air pressure	→ Checking tires, tire condition, wear pattern, inflation pressure and tread depth
Right rear tire: Check condition and air pressure	→ Checking tires, tire condition, wear pattern, inflation pressure and tread depth
Right front tire: Check condition and air pressure	→ Checking tires, tire condition, wear pattern, inflation pressure and tread depth
Spare wheel: Check condition and air pressure	→ Checking tires, tire condition, wear pattern, inflation pressure and tread depth

Vehicle from below	Section
Transport protection: Removing locking pieces from front axle struts	→ Transport protection, removing locking pieces from front axle struts (if present)
Vehicle from below; engine and components in engine compartment, CV boots, brake system, axles, transmission/final drive, steering, hoses, fluid reservoir: Perform visual check for leaks and damages (without removing noise insulation)	→ Engine and components in engine compartment (from above and below), visual check for leaks and damage → CV joint boots, visual inspection
Vehicle underside (floor pan): Perform visual check for damage	→ Underbody protection, perform visual check for damage

Engine compartment	Section

Documentation / final inspection	Section
Service sticker "First service" : Apply sticker on drivers side door jamb (B-pillar); the sticker is located on an instruction which is attached at front in the vehicle wallet. Dispose of instruction after applying sticker - service intervals → Service tables	→ Sticker
Service schedule: Enter delivery inspection
Check literature for vehicle is complete, and prepare for delivery to customer
Perform test drive	→ Perform test drive
