Test requirements

• Fuses -S7- and -S53- must be OK (remove fuses from fuse holder for test).
• Before beginning the test, switch off ignition and electrical consumers (headlights, lighting, fans...).
• Disconnect multi-pin connector from ABS control module (w/EDL) -J104- and connect VAG1598 test box to connector of wiring harness using VAG1598/27 adapter.

Specified values refer to readings on the VAG1526 and are not necessarily applicable for other test units.
