DTC 00646: Connection Between EDL/TC Module & Engine Control Module

Check wiring harness between engine control module and ABS control module for open or short. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair as necessary. Replace ABS control module with known good unit and retest. If DTC returns, reinstall original ABS control module and replace engine control module.
