Removal & Installation

Remove dash panel and pedal cluster cover. Remove accelerator pedal -6-. See Fig 1 .

Remove Throttle Position sensor -2- with console -3-, by removing both mounting nuts -8- with 1/4" drive tools. Remove cable cam -4- and unscrew sensor from console.

To install, secure Throttle Position sensor to console.

Attach cable cam to sensor so that dimensions given in illustration are present when facing forwards. See Fig 2 .

NOTE: The cable cam eye must be parallel to the forward direction.

Install sensor with console. Install throttle cable and fit the cable cam eye to the pin on the accelerator pedal.
