Central locking, removing and installing: Notes

NOTE: The following list refers to Fig 1 .
  1. - Front door lock positioning element 
  2. - T-fitting 
    • Location: B-pillar/sill, covered by sill trim
  3. - Fuel filler flap position 
    • To remove, trunk trim must be disconnected first, up to wheel house
  4. - Bi-pressure pump 
  5. - Rear lid position 
  6. - Front door positioning element 
  7. - Multi-pin connector 
    • Location: A-pillar
  8. - Colored mark 
    • Bi-pressure lines must be pushed into connector up to colored mark
  9. - Bi-pressure line connector 
    • Two build levels are possible: connector located in or outside multi - pin connector
    • If connector is located outside, after assembly, bi-pressure line connector must be pushed into multi -pin connector
    • If connector is located in multi-pin connector, then multi -pin connector must be disconnected to disconnect bi-pressure line
