Fuel Pump Volume Check

Remove Fuel Pump (FP) relay from relay panel (position 12). See Fig 1 . Using a remote control or fused jumper wire connected between battery voltage and fuel pump relay socket cavity No. 4 activate fuel pump. At the same time, measure voltage and record fuel pump voltage when activating with remote control.
Fuel volume is relative to voltage applied to fuel pump. Activate fuel pump for 30 seconds. Compare volume with values in illustration. See Fig 2 .
