Transmission Control

The Throttle Position Sensor Signal is sent to the Transmission Control Module as an engine load signal, the signal is directional OUT only (PIN 41 - OUTPUT ONLY).

The signal from the Throttle Position Sensor is digitalized (pulse width modulated) in the Motronic control module and delivered to the automatic transmission control module (TCM).
