Fox 1.8L Digifant II (Federal)
- Disconnect vacuum hose from temperature regulator (located on upper air filter housing). Separate upper and lower air filter housings.
- Remove air filter and position upper housing over fender. Check position of regulator flap in lower housing. Flap must be open to cold air intake.
- Connect hand-held vacuum pump to control valve vacuum motor. Control flap must close cold air intake.
