Ignition Switch: Service and Repair

IGNITION SWITCH, REMOVING/INSTALLING

1. Remove steering lock housing. Refer to Ignition Lock - Service and Repair - Procedures Service and Repair

Note: To remove ignition switch the steering lock housing must first be removed from the sttering column.

2. Remove screw (arrow) attaching ignition switch to lock housing assembly.
3. Remove ignition switch.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
5. Reset audio coded anti-theft system, if applicable.
