Do not switch measuring ranges while ignition switch is on. Do not switch connections between terminals while ignition switch is on. Ignoring these precautions could destroy control unit.
1. Ensure battery voltage, fuse 18, Digifant system ground wires, fuel pump and fuel pump relay are all in satisfactory condition.
2. Turn ignition switch to Off position, then disconnect Digifant control unit electrical connector.
3. Connect Test Box and adapter between control unit and its electrical connector.
4. Switch multimeter to 20 volt range and connect to terminals of Test Box as indicated in Fig. 10.
