To update a record for a vehicle with no repair performed but relevant information available:


QX 20 Customer Refused Repairs

QX 30 Total Loss

QX 40 Vehicle Stolen

QX 50 Vehicle Left Continental U.S.

QX 60 Customer Moved - No Forwarding Address

QX 70 Vehicle Sold - New Owner Unknown
