Refilling Cooling System - Diesel

Set heater controls to warm position.
Open breather valve on radiator. See Figure .
Fill cooling system via expansion tank until tank is filled to the brim and remains full.
Run engine @2500 rpm until coolant flows at breather valve with NO air bubbles.
Close breather valve. See Figure .
Check coolant level in expansion tank and top up.
Close expansion tank with cap.

NOTE: Diesel models only have a bleeder screw on the radiator.
