Preliminary Checks

Before performing wheel alignment, ensure the following are checked:
- Measuring equipment properly adjusted
- Vehicle at curb weight. Curb weight is weight of vehicle ready for the road including: full fuel tank, spare wheel, jack and tool kit (if included).
- Tires inflated to specified pressures. Tire sizes and pressures are on specification label on vehicle, located on passenger-side rear door pillar (B-pillar on 2-door vehicles, C-pillar on 4-door vehicles).
- Vehicle positioned precisely
- Suspension bounced several times
- No excessive play or damage to suspension, steering or steering linkage
