Window Regulator: Installation
- Install regulator to bottom mount lugs.
- Install the bolts that mount the regulator to the door frame.
- Install bearing sleeve to regulator shaft.
- Mount window glass.
- Install guide arm rail to guide rail (front only). See Fig 1
.
- Mount the glass carrier to the window regulator. Install the bolts snugly, but not fully tight.
- Run the window all the way to the top to align it.
- Lower the window slowly until the glass carrier mounting bolts are visible through the holes in the door frame. Torque the bolts to 62 INCH lbs (7 Nm).
