Window Regulator: Removal

Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM .
Lower the window.
Remove the two bolts that mount the window glass carrier to the window regulator. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 .
Raise the glass to the top and use tape or some equivalent means to secure it and keep it from falling.
Remove the bearing sleeve from the regulator shaft.
Remove the bolts that mount the regulator to the door frame.
Lift the regulator to free it from the bottom mount lugs, and remove it.
