Air Flow Sensor Plate Position Sensor: Service and Repair

1. Remove intake air boot.
2. Remove all fuel lines from the fuel distributor.
3. Unplug the potentiometer, and the differential pressure regulator.
4. Remove the air flow sensor housing from the air filter housing.
5. Remove the sealing compound from the potentiometer attachment screws, then remove the screws.
6. Carefully remove the potentiometer from the sensor housing.
NOTE: Do not touch the contact surfaces of the potentiometer or the contact tabs in the sensor housing.
