Work Procedure

Caution: Work only on cooled down engine.

^ Open Hood

Section A - Work Scope Determination





^ Loosen both clamps on air intake hose between mass air flow sensor and throttle body, remove hose to idle stabilizer, then remove air intake hose

^ Disconnect electrical connector on the mass air flow sensor

^ Loosen both clamps on warm air hose between air cleaner and warm air deflector plate located on exhaust manifold, then remove warm air hose





^ Check if warm air deflector plate on vehicle is similar, as shown; if not, proceed to Section B; if yes, proceed to Section C
