Valve Guide Servicing: Installation

Coat new guides with oil. Press guides into cold head (chilled if necessary) from camshaft side. Press guides in as far as possible. DO NOT  use more than 1 ton of pressure after guide shoulder is seated as guide shoulder may break. Ream guide by hand to proper size.
