Removal & Installation - A/T: Installation
- Reverse removal procedures and note the following: Ensure that torque converter is fully seated on one-way clutch support. Adjust selector lever cable.
- To check converter installation, lay a straight edge across converter housing and measure distance from straight edge to center converter hub. If distance is less than 1.2 " (30 mm), converter is not fully engage.
