To determine if the concentration of bio-diesel in the fuel may be exceeding the allowable 5% specification noted in the owner's manual, place a sample of the fuel in a refrigerator for 45 minutes. If the sample gels over and becomes hard, the amount of bio-diesel in the fuel exceeds the standard.
