Fuel System Bleeding

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Open vent screw on fuel filter flange. Lift filter straight up off mount. Loosen water drain plug from bottom of fuel filter. Drain until fuel is pure.
  2. Reinstall filter onto mount. Close vent screw. Reconnect battery cable. Start engine and accelerate a few times to clear air bubbles from fuel lines.
