AFC DIGIJET System Voltmeter Checks

VANAGON AFC DIGIJET SYSTEM VOLTMETER CHECKS

Voltmeter To Terminal Components Checked (1) Specifications
No. 1 & No. 7 AEG type Hall control unit Turn ignition on. Battery voltage or slightly less. 1.5 volts or slightly less when center wire of ignition distributor connector is grounded.
No. 1 & ignition coil terminal 15 Fairchild type Hall control unit Turn ignition on. Battery voltage slightly less. 1.5 volts or slightly less when center wire of ignition distributor connector is grounded.
No. 13 & No. 7 Left relay Battery voltage
No. 21 & No. 7 Starter enrichment signal and wiring Pull injector plugs off. Cranking voltage should be present when cranking engine
No. 20 (2) & No. 25 Right relay Place jumper wire across terminals. Turn ignition on and fuel pump must run.
No. 20 & No. 25 Auxiliary air regulator Battery voltage must be present at auxiliary air regulator with ignition on.
(1) All system checks are performed with ignition switch on.
(2) Never connect test lamp to this terminal if multi-pin plug is connected to control unit.
