Float Level

Remove air horn and detach air horn gasket. Position float, invert air horn and measure distance from air horn gasket surface to tip of float as shown in Fig 1 .

NOTE: Applying pressure to the needle valve while bending float tabs, will damage needle tip.
If distance is not within specifications, bend tab "A" to adjust. After distance has been properly adjusted, proceed to float drop adjustment.
