Heater System: Operation

When the upper air distribution levers are at their center stop position, lower temperature control lever is to the left and fan control knob is off, no air enters the vehicle and the fan is switched off. As the upper left lever is moved to the left, air is directed to the floor vents.

As the upper right lever is moved to the right, air is directed to the defroster vents. As the lower lever is moved to the right, heater turns on and heat output is increased. As the fan control knob is turned to the right, the fan turns on and is switched across its 3 speeds.
