EGR/Oxygen Sensor Warning Lamp

After performing the required service, turn off warning lamp by pushing in reset button. On Fox, Jetta, GTI, Rabbit, Cabriolet, Golf and Scirocco models, the reset button is located on firewall, in line with speedometer cable. On Westmoreland Rabbit and some pickup models, remove instrument panel cover plate and insert a piece of wire, with a hooked end, through opening at top left corner of speedometer and pull right counter release arm. On Vanagon models, push in on raised area of reset module, located in line with speedometer cable.
