All Models Except Vanagon

Fuse block is located under dashboard on left side and contains 15 fuses in one centralized unit. In addition, fuses are located above the fuse block to protect the following circuits: Rear Window Wipers (8 Amp. Rabbit & Scirocco), Electric Fuel Pump (16 Amp. All Models), Air Conditioning (25 Amp. All Models), Radio (5 Amp. Rabbit & Pickup). Circuits protected by fuses in block are as follows:

1. - 8 Amp. Left Headlight Low Beam
2. - 8 Amp. Right Headlight Low Beam
3. - 8 Amp. Left Headlight High Beam and Indicator
4. - 8 Amp. Right Headlight High Beam
5. - 16 Amp. Rear Window Defogger (Not Used on Pickup)
6. - 8 Amp. Stop Lights, Hazard Warning Flasher
7. - 8 Amp. Interior Lights, Clock, Cigar Lighter
8. - 8 Amp. Turn Signal System
9. - 8 Amp. Back-Up Lights, Horn, Transmission Shift Indicator (Dasher), Choke (Rabbit)
10. - 16 Amp. Fresh Air Fan
11. - 8 Amp. Windshield Wiper & Washer
12. - 8 Amp. Luggage Compartment & License Plate Lights
13. - 8 Amp. Right Parking, Tail & Side Marker Lights
14. - 8 Amp. Left Parking, Tail & Side Marker Lights
15. - 25 Amp. Radiator Fan
