- No BATTERY low voltage (DTC U1101-16 passed)
- No PT-CAN bus off (DTC U1172-88 passed)
- CAN signal (STAT_Terminal) CLAMP is ON (not 0x0)

Any of the following conditions present for greater than mature time:
- SCG (Short Circuit Ground)
- SCB (Short Circuit Battery)
- Stuck Button
