Inspection [09/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT THROTTLE WITH THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR BODY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result
      D18-5 (M-) - D18-6 (M+) 20 °C (68 °F) 0.3 to 100 Ω Ω

      *a Component without harness connected
      (throttle with throttle position sensor body assembly)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the throttle with throttle position sensor body assembly.
