Description

The door lock/unlock operation using the door control transmitter button is not possible.

Possible Causes

Door lock receiver malfunction
Door control transmitter malfunction
Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Door lock receiver terminal E30-1 and engine stop and start ECU terminal D4-9
- Door lock receiver terminal E30-2 and engine stop and start ECU terminal D4-21
- Engine stop and start ECU terminal D6-32 and ground
- Engine stop and start ECU terminal D4-13 and ground
Connector poor contact or terminal damage
Customer's mis-operation or misunderstanding
Effect of non-standard equipment (any control unit with built-in micro computer such as radio set, mobile telephone, and TV)
