Skid Control Buzzer Circuit: Procedure

CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Check if a CAN communication system DTC is output. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM .

PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (SKID CONTROL BUZZER)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.

Select Active Test mode on the Techstream. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST .

Check that the buzzer sounds/stops when turning the skid control buzzer on/off using the Techstream.

INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Check the combination meter. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING .
