July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

HINT:

After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR  ).

  1. CHECK VEHICLE SENSOR (NAVIGATION CHECK MODE) 
    1. Enter the "Navigation Check" mode and select "Vehicle Sensors" (See OPERATION CHECK  ).
    2. While driving the vehicle, compare the "SPD" indicator to the reading on the speedometer. Check if these readings are almost equal.

      OK: The readings are almost equal. 

    NG: Go to step 2

    OK: REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU  (See NAVIGATION ECU  )

  2. PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
    1. Refer to "Speed signal does not change in the navigation check mode" in the problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ).
