Inspection Procedure
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Check for DTCs.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- By following the tester screen display, check whether any DTCs are output.

- READ VALUE ON TECHSTREAM (D-DOOR MOTOR)
- Use the Data List to check the function of the power window master switch.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body / D-Door Motor / Data List.
- Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.
D-Door Motor

NG: Go to step 3
OK: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side) (See POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR )
- Use the Data List to check the function of the power window master switch.
- INSPECT POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 8 (U) - 1 (E) - 4 (A) Auto UP Below 1 Ω 4 (A) - 5 (D) - 1 (E) Auto Down Below 1 Ω NG: REPLACE POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH (See POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH )
OK: Go to Next Step
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT FUSE (DOOR NO. 2)
- Remove the DOOR NO. 2 fuse from the instrument panel junction block.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCETester Connection Condition Specified Condition DOOR NO. 2 Always Below 1 Ω NG: REPLACE FUSE (DOOR NO. 2)
OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MASTER SWITCH - REGULATOR MOTOR)
- Disconnect the M1 and H1 connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
