July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

  1. Check voltage between terminals Tc and CG of DLC3.

    CHECK: 

    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. Measure the voltage between terminals Tc and CG of the DLC3.

    OK: 

    1. Voltage: 10 to 14 V 

    1. OK: If ABS warning light does not blink even after Tc and CG are connected, ECU may be defective. 
    2. NG: Go to next step 
  2. Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between skid control ECU and DLC3, and DLC3 and body ground (See  PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Go to next step Check and replace skid control ECU.
