CANCEL Switch

Canceling The Preset Speed  See also  d - Note in STEP 1 (Pre-Check) under TROUBLESHOOTING,  6 - MANUAL CANCELLING MECHANISM and  7 - AUTO CANCEL FUNCTION under DESCRIPTION.

You can cancel the preset speed by:

  1. Pulling the lever in the "CANCEL" direction and releasing it. See Figure.
  2. Depressing the brake pedal.
  3. Depressing the clutch pedal (manual transmission).

If the vehicle speed falls below about 25 mph. (40 Km/h), the preset speed will automatically cancel out.

If the vehicle speed drops 10 mph (16 Km/h) below the preset speed, the preset speed will also automatically cancel out.

If the preset speed automatically cancels out other than for the above cases, manufacture suggests having vehicle checked by a dealer.
