July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

  1. Check hood courtesy switch. See  DOOR LOCKS & ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS  . 
    1. NG Replace hood courtesy switch. 
    2. OK Go to next step 
  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR BETWEEN HOOD COURTESY SWITCH AND BODY ECU  . 
    1. NG Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table. See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  .
