Dome Light Does Not Work

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2000 Toyota Avalon. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove and inspect bulb for broken filament. Replace as necessary. If bulb is okay, go to next step.
  2. Remove dome light fixture. Using DVOM, check for continuity as specified. See Fig 1. If continuity is not as specified, replace dome light fixture.
