Jam Protection Limit Switch Circuit: Avalon
- If Toyota hand-held tester is not available, go to next step. If Toyota hand-held tester is available, check jam protection limit switch using DATA LIST mode. If jam protection limit switch is not okay, go to next step.
- Check jam protection limit switch. See JAM PROTECTION LIMIT SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. Repair as necessary. If jam protection limit switch is okay, go to next step.
- Check wiring harness and connectors between jam protection limit switch and driver door ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary and reset power window motor reset and pulse switch. See RESETTING POWER WINDOW MOTOR RESET & PULSE SWITCH under PROGRAMMING.
