Brake Pedal Height

  1. Measure brake pedal height from face of brake pedal pad to asphalt sheet under carpet. See Fig 1. If pedal height adjustment is necessary, loosen stoplight switch and lock nut on brake pedal push rod. Rotate push rod to adjust height. See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS table.
  2. After setting brake pedal height, tighten lock nut on push rod to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Adjust stoplight switch, and tighten switch lock nut. See STOPLIGHT SWITCH under ADJUSTMENTS.
