July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Corolla & Tercel

  1. Disconnect vacuum hoses from valve. Turn ignition off. Blow air into valve. Ensure valve is open. See Fig 1 or Fig 2.
  2. Turn ignition on. Blow air into valve. Ensure valve is closed. If valve is not closed, check fuse and wiring connections. If fuse and wiring connections are okay, replace outer vent control valve.
