Speed Sensor
Remove instrument cluster. See 1990 ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT TOYOTA - INSTRUMENT PANELS - STANDARD . Using ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between terminals, four times per each revolution of the speedometer shaft. See Fig 1. If operation is not as specified, replace the speedometer.
