Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
- Loosen 2 TPS retaining screws. Insert a thickness gauge between throttle stop screw and throttle. With ignition off and electrical connector disconnected, connect ohmmeter between terminals IDL and E1 or E2. See Figure.

- Gradually turn TPS counterclockwise until ohmmeter needle deflects. Secure TPS retaining screws. Using a thickness gauge, recheck the continuity between terminals IDL - E1 or E2.
