Vehicle Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection

Speed Sensor Check:

1. Remove speedometer assembly from dash.
2. Connect ohmmeter between terminals A and B as shown.
3. Turn meter shaft and check that continuity is indicated 4 times per shaft revolution.
4. If not as specified, replace speedometer.
