Alternators - NIPPONDENSO: Overhaul: Testing: Rotor

Check rotor for open field windings by connecting an ohmmeter across the slip rings. Coil resistance should be approximately as specified. Next check bearing and replace if necessary. Check slip rings for rough condition.
