Driver Air Bag (Inflator) Module Removal and Installation: Removal

Disable air bag system. Refer to DISABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM
Remove mounting bolts (2) of driver air bag (inflator) module at both sides of steering wheel (1) using torx wrench (T30).

Disconnect driver air bag (inflator) module connector (2) as shown in figure.
1. Release lock (1).
2. Disconnect connector with lock released.

Remove driver air bag (inflator) module from steering wheel.
