BCM Removal and Installation: Removal

Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
Disable air bag system, see DISABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
Remove glove box and passenger side instrument panel undercover, see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Disconnect connectors and clamps from BCM and fuse box.
Remove nuts (1), and then detach fuse box (2).

Release hooks (1) and remove BCM (2) from fuse box.
