Evaporator Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove instrument panel with Steering support member, see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove HVAC unit, see HVAC Unit Removal and Installation .
  3. Disassemble HVAC unit and then remove evaporator (2).
  4. Remove evaporator temperature sensor (1) from evaporator.
