P2400: Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Control Circuit/Open 
Output voltage of EVAP leak detection pump drive circuit is higher than 4 V for 5 sec. even if EVAP leak detection pump is OFF.
(2 D/C detection logic)
  • EVAP leak check module and/or its circuit
  • ECM
